Free-range eggs, scrambled, on sourdough bread (VG, GF)
- Melt some butter in a frying pan and crack eggs into it.
- Once the eggs are about half-cooked sprinkle the spring onion and salt on top.
- Meanwhile, toast the bread.
- Fry the bacon.
- Place scrambled eggs onto buttered toast, top with bacon, and sprinkle with parmesan.
- Add your favorite topping for colour and taste
