Free range eggs, Bacon, fresh chilly, spring onion, parmesan floss on sourdough bread (GF, VGopt). So simple yet so delicious. So if you’re feeling creative let us add a bit of a ‘gourmet’ flavor to this all-time favorite.

Free-range eggs, scrambled, on sourdough bread (VG, GF)


  1. Melt some butter in a frying pan and crack eggs into it.
  2. Once the eggs are about half-cooked sprinkle the spring onion and salt on top.
  3. Meanwhile, toast the bread.
  4. Fry the bacon.
  5. Place scrambled eggs onto buttered toast, top with bacon, and sprinkle with parmesan.
  6. Add your favorite topping for colour and taste
